The banks listed below are using their customers' money to finance the development of the Dakota Access Pipeline. These banks together have invested more than $3.6 billion in a fossil fuel project instead of renewable energy.
If you are a depositor or investor in any of these institutions, your money is helping to build one of the greatest greenhouse gas generators on the planet, and one that the planet cannot afford.
We ask you to contact your bank and let them know you are unhappy with this use of your money. Let them know that if they choose to invest in the Dakota Access Pipeline, you are prepared to reroute your money to a more socially and environmentally responsible bank.
If you find your bank in the list of Dakota Access Pipeline investors below, click the link for the action you can take. Take the Pledge to Starve the Snake to join the divest movement and then choose where to reroute your money.
